Location: Westminster, SW1H
This is an office-based role however, they will consider hybrid or flexible working arrangements

Salary: £36,700 per annum based on experience
About our client
They are a network of heritage venues for concerts, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Their flagship venue has hosted high-profile events like the BBC New Year s Eve concerts, The Late Late Show, and the Burberry Fashion Show.
They generate revenue by hiring their facilities to corporate, charity, and private clients, primarily for live events ranging from small meetings to concerts of up to 2,400 attendees. They aim to build a reputation for quality, heritage, and memorable experiences.
Our client is owned by Trustees appointed by the Methodist Church; as such they aim to conduct business in line with the ethics of the Methodist Church and their Venues values.
About you
They are looking for an experienced Events Manager who will be primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering memorable events for their clients at their flagship London venue.
You will:
- Demonstrate practical experience in events management, handling high-volume and high-capacity events.
- Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer service with a focus on enhancing service delivery, supporting client satisfaction, and fostering opportunities for repeat business.
- Ensure upmost attention is given to protecting the fabric of their Grade II listed building.
The Events Manager will be expected to plan all operational elements of a client booking and proactively maximise all upselling opportunities. This may include providing opportunities for menu tastings, additional site visits and production meetings.
You will support their business with monitoring and responding to client enquiries from a variety of sources in a timely manner and collaborate with their key service partners (AV/Production, Catering and Security) to tailor bookings to their client s needs, prepare invoices in line with company processes and timely report client data in their venue management system. You will be able to confidently work with the Sales team to ensure bookings transition efficiently and promote effective communication with clients and internal teams.
