Events and Sales Coordinator at Hever Castle & Gardens

Set within the stunning grounds of the historic Hever Castle Estate, we offer luxurious accommodations, award-winning wedding venues, and bespoke event packages. Guests can stay in our five-star Luxury Bed & Breakfast located in the Astor Wing and Anne Boleyn Wing or choose our five-star gold-rated holiday cottage, Medley Court, attached to the Astor Wing.

Hever Castle is also home to some of the most coveted wedding and event spaces in Kent, including the grandeur of the Castle, the classic elegance of the Astor Wing, and the breathtaking lakeside setting of the Italian Garden.

We are now seeking an Events and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help deliver unforgettable events.

Position Overview:

• Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of private events, including weddings, corporate hospitality, private dining, and tour groups.
• Sales and Client Engagement: Proactively engage in sales activities to drive event bookings, maintain client relationships, and contribute to meeting business targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team with three other coordinators to ensure smooth and successful event planning and execution.
• Accommodation Management: Assist in the management of guest stays at our Luxury Bed & Breakfast and Medley Court holiday cottage, ensuring a five-star experience for all visitors.
• Client Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all events and stays meet the high standards associated with Hever Castle.

About You:

• Experience in event coordination, preferably in the hospitality or accommodation sector.
• Strong sales and client management skills.
• Have your own transport and live with in a 30-minute drive time of Edenbridge in Kent.
