Hamilton Barnes is currently representing a global transformational consultancy who are currently recruiting for a Ethical Hacking Red Team - Manager on an initial 12 month contract with the view to extension.

The position offers an competitive daily rate, with the client offering a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ethical hacking, penetration testing, and red teaming to identify weaknesses in IT environments by legally breaching systems, applications, and wireless platforms.
• Investigate advanced evasion methods, novel attack strategies, and security vulnerabilities to enhance red team capabilities.
• Contribute to creating new offensive security tools and weaponizing vulnerabilities while working with dedicated development teams.
• Maintain client relationships, understand security needs, provide risk-based recommendations, and enhance cloud security for platforms like Azure AD and Office 365.

What you will ideally bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with security testing methodologies, including infrastructure, application, and mobile testing.
• Expertise in OS internals, security configurations, and cloud security best practices (Azure AD, Office 365, IaaS/SaaS).
• Strong skills in commercial security testing tools, vulnerability triage, and report generation.
• Recognized certifications such as CREST* SAS, SAM, CCT, or OSCE, demonstrating deep cybersecurity knowledge.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 months
• Location: London, Cardiff or Manchester (3 Days Per Week)
• Day Rate: Up to £650 Per Day (Inside IR35)
