Your new company
Our client is a dynamic and progressive contractor with a reputation for excellence. Due to expanding workload the following opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator. These are new build and refurbishment projects within the Lincolnshire area.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate estimation of costs and the preparation of tender documentation for submission. This will include taking off quantities, risk and value management, pricing the projects and preparing subcontractor and supplier enquiries. You will assist in analytical cost estimates and tenders, from receipt of enquiry to tender submission on a variety of multi-million pound build, extensions and refurbishment projects. You will be expected to manage projects efficiently and report price variations effectively.
Market sectors include education, healthcare, luxury homes, commercial and industrial.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking to meet with experienced Estimators who have worked on similar new build construction and refurbishment projects. A HNC, Diploma or Degree in a construction related subject will be highly desirable. The successful candidate must have high attention to detail, provide an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving whilst being able to meet deadlines and have managed multiple projects at one time. You will be highly ambitious, and will be aiming to progress your career in the construction industry, with this well established contractor. A high level of literacy in estimating software and generalist IT software packages. (Microsoft Office Suite) will be essential. What you'll get in return
