The Enquiries Team is at the heart of our dynamic, fast-paced communication network, serving as the vital link between our organisation and a diverse range of audiences CSP members, stakeholders, and the public. With each enquiry, we have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, delivering exceptional service while fostering strong relationships.
About the role
As part of this passionate team, you'll not only respond to incoming queries across multiple channels but also take the initiative to engage proactively with our members through exciting campaigns throughout the year each designed to achieve specific goals and make a difference. Your role will be as varied as it is rewarding, requiring you to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly whether it s handling calls or replying to emails while maintaining the highest level of service.

In this role, you'll frequently use your advanced data input skills to manage and extract key information often while addressing enquiries. We offer an excellent benefits package, including 27 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays, Christmas office closure between 25 December to 01 January and generous pension scheme with 12% employer contribution.
The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Is Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.
