About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Secondary English Teacher to join our client's school in Seaford to cover the initial part of a maternity. As a dedicated educator, you'll have the opportunity to inspire and transform the lives of students in key stages 3 and 4. This is a long-term supply position.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons at Key stage 3 & GCSE level
• Foster a positive learning environment.
• Support student progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents/guardians.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
