We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join our dedicated team. Whether you're already an outstanding practitioner or an ECT eager to grow into one, this is a chance to thrive in a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking Academy.

The Role

As a Secondary English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Plan, assess and report in line with Academy expectations
• Maintain a positive, caring classroom ethos and manage behaviour effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development
• Actively engage in professional development and the wider life of the Academy

What We re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
Ability to deliver high-quality lessons with strong behaviour management
A positive team player with enthusiasm, flexibility, and a student-first attitude
A strong commitment to safeguarding, professional growth, and inclusion
