English Teacher - Full-time Birmingham

Location: North BirminghamHours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pmSalary: £120-£180 per day. Dependent on experience.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.

Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Support the school's ethos and values.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

DBS

A degree in English or a related subject.

Experience teaching English at secondary level.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to continuous professional development.
