Engineering Technician

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Machinist/Engineering Technician with a background in machining (lathes, mills, etc.) who wants to expand their expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Precision machining & fabrication - operating lathes, milling machines, and other workshop tools.
• Assembly & system integration - working with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Testing & fault-finding - diagnosing and resolving issues in engineering systems.
• Maintenance & repair - ensuring equipment and machinery are in full working order.
• Technical documentation - interpreting engineering drawings and contributing to process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, drills, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn new skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
