Located in Steyr of Austria, Sitrak GmbH mainly focuses on the R&D of commercial vehicle and parts/components. • Develop and optimize transmission control strategies and calibration parameters to meet performance, drivability, and fuel efficiency targets.
• Conduct calibration activities for various transmission types, including automatic, manual, and AMT transmissions.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify and resolve calibration issues.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of transmission control systems.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate transmission calibration in both laboratory and vehicle environments.
• Utilize calibration tools and simulation tools to model and predict transmission behavior.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in transmission calibration technology.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CAE, MATLAB/Simulink, or industry-standard tools is a plus.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
