Engagement Manager - SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources currently requires an experienced Engagement Manager to work with a key client

*Please note candidates must hold active SC Clearance and work via an umbrella*

Description:
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing internal updates and reports to the Portfolio Lead and ensuring effective communication and reporting with client stakeholders. A strong understanding of critical path and the impacts of activities not completing on time is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Portfolio Lead.
. Create, issue and monitor project forecasting o Track project progress and highlight any potential risks or issues.
. Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
. Provide clear and concise project updates and reports to clients.
. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
. Identify and manage the critical path for all projects.
. Analyse the impact of any delays or issues on the overall project timeline.
. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays.

Required Experience:
. Proven experience as a Engagement Manager or in a similar role.
. Strong leadership and team management skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficient in project management software and tools.
. Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
