Employee Relations Manager

My client in the data and tech industry are on the search for an Employee Relations Case Manager (ER Manager) to join them on a 6 month contract Inside IR35.

This position will be hybrid working with on-site presence in Peterborough.

Responsibilities:

• Managing high volume of investigations, disciplinary cases and performance management
• Strong experience on change related consultations and exits (redundancy, settlement agreements etc).
