Employee Relations Case Advisor

6 Month Contract

Based in Southwark, London, 1 Days a Week Onsite, Additional other days as and when needed

Day rate up to £300 PD Inside IR35, VIA Umbrella

Full time role 36 hours per week - every Tuesday in the office, could be changed. Will be required to attend the office on other days, as and when necessary.

We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with managers, trade union representatives, employees, HR colleagues, legal services, and external partners such as ACAS. The role involves undertaking clear employee relation activities, including management or employee support, policy guidance, and case management.

  • To work consistently with managers, trade union representatives, employees, HR colleagues, legal services and external partners ie ACAS to undertake clear employee relation activities ie management or employee support, policy guidance, case management etc.

  • To support and maintain positive relationships between employees and the Company to ensure a harmonious and productive workforce. ER advisor activities may include conflict resolution, policy and procedure compliance, employee/line manager advocacy and communication, legal compliant, practical people related solutions to ER cases, case monitoring and reporting.

  • To provide advice, guidance and support consistently across the Company on ER related cases through formal or informal approaches.

Experience needed

  • Must be minimum two years experience in Employee Relations Casework and have the ability to hit the ground running.

  • CIPD qualified or working towards it

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex matters.

  • 6 months contract, to begin with, the worker can apply for substantive role
