Job Description
As an EMEA Benefits Specialist, you will support the development benefit initiatives, acting as a first point of contact for all benefits query escalations and support with the proactive management of vendors. You will have good knowledge of EMEA and APAC benefits, with a willingness to learn and grow expertise in international benefits. You will be a strong communicator and problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Support with day-to-day international employee benefits operations in partnership with the international Benefits Team and external consultants.
Responsible for the implementation and communication of benefits initiatives and programmes.
Responsible for coordination of other key wellbeing stakeholders.
First point of contact for international payroll and global mobility activity.
Support on communications and engagement on all topics relating to Pension, Benefits and Wellbeing, in partnership with wider HR team.
Maintain accuracy of various information sources such as intranet pages, benefits summaries, and active data repositories. Ensuring adherence to data governance requirements.
