Electronics Engineer as Senior Manager Foundry Selection

In your new role you will:
- Define scope and supplier base for RFI and RFQ
- Drive RFI and RFQ to match our business needs, targets and strategy
- Categorize supplier base according to sourcing model and strategic guidelines
- Drive foundry assessment and selection process within RFQ (incl. Risk assessment)
- Drive negotiation aspects for business award in line with business needs
- Interface to Contract Management to guide them with business needs.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electronics or Mechanics in combination with Business Administration
- At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or comparable experience in negotiations
- Knowledge on semiconductor technologies and manufacturing processes
- Experience with negotiations methods and tactics
- Understanding of business processes and decision criteria within the sourcing process
- Fluent English skills, while German is a big plus.
