Electrician - (Compliance Testing)

About the Role

As a key member of our ComplianceElectrical Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring 100%electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Yourresponsibilities will include:

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports(EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domesticproperties.

• Performing annual emergency lighting tests and otherduties as required by the business.

• Delivering a'first-time fix' service, ensuring minimal disruption for ourresidents and providing outstanding customer care.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodicinspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.

• Relevant certifications: City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification.

• Astrong understanding of relevant legislation, includingconstruction, building regulations, and health and safety.

• Effective communication skills to interact with residentsand colleagues.

• A full, valid driving licence.
