Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E contractor in the recruitment of an Electrical Site Manager to join their project in Swindon.
Your New Role
You will manage project resources, including labour, materials, and time effectively to maximise profitable delivery, manage subcontract partners to deliver high-quality work on time, first time, as well as attend and participate in Contracts Manager meetings.
You will also build strong relationships with the client's team, subcontractors, delivery teams and other key stakeholders to ensure open and positive lines of communication.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will have previous Electrical Site/Project management experience as well as good client engagement skills with a definitive focus on customer satisfaction.
What You'll Get In Return
This role is being offered at a daily rate between £300 - £400 per day on an interim contract until the end of the year.
