Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer
Salford - 42 Hours Perm Contract
Shift Role working 4 on, 4 off Days & Nights
Salary Range - £33,000 - £36,000 plus 10% shift allowance
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our major Facilities Management clients for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team working on a large scale contract in Salford Quays. This is a shift role that would be a fantastic move for an individual looking to go further in their electrical career.
You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of both plant and building equipment as well as any further building work such as fabric and mechanical, as required. You will also:
- Carry out the principles of Health & Safety and takes personal responsibility for safety and work well with others to get a job done and respond positively to instructions and procedures.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to the client and follow all company procedures, including following all company health and safety requirements.
- You will ensure the correct operation of all M&E assets within all sites.
- Identify further opportunities for completion whilst undertaking existing reactive WOs, completing other jobs operating a 360 degree view when you walk onto the Client's site.
- A recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (18th edition), testing and inspection 2391 or equivalent.
- Experience with PPM and Reactive works as well as fault-finding on control circuits.
- Knowledge of electrical services and systems.
- Been appointed as LV AP or can demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of the role.
- Experience in General Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Risk Assessment and Method Statement trained.
- A strong understanding of industry safety standards and procedures.
