Blackpool Schools Seeking ECT Teachers - Full Time, Part Time, Flexible Working - Paid to Scale

Are you an ECT primary teacher who wants to network your skills in the Blackpool and wider Lancashire areas?At Hays, we have a variety of popular and well-respected schools already seeking out new and enthusiastic ECTs for their posts. We are looking for ECTs who are able to teach engaging and dynamic lessons across the curriculum in their specific subject. Required to start for September 2025.
Your new role
As an ECT/NQT you will be working with a number of primary schools across various areas in the Blackpool and wider Lancashire areas. The jobs we offer will require you to have referenceable experience in the form of your teaching placements. You may be expected to follow lesson plans and deliver. We can offer you day-to-day positions, short-term contracts as well as longer term positions which could lead to permanent employment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must hold qualified teacher status (QTS) gained in the UK or be due to earn it in 2025. You should be enthusiastic, approachable and be able to hit the ground running as well as posessing a good knowledge of either the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
