Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in eCommerce SaaS platforms (SAP Comemrce, Shopify, VTEX, CommerceTools) and a strong background in system integrations. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a solid understanding of headless eCommerce architectures and the ability to seamlessly integrate systems such as payment gateways, CRM, ERP, PIM, and DAM using an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and secure solutions to support complex eCommerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design & Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient eCommerce architectures using SaaS platforms like SAP Commerce, Shopify, VTEX, and CommerceTools, ensuring integration with enterprise systems.
• System Integration: Lead the integration of key business systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, PIM, DAM) using ESB or other integration frameworks.
• Headless eCommerce: Implement and support headless commerce solutions, ensuring flexibility in Front End technology choices while maintaining a robust Back End.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and guide implementation efforts.
• Agile Leadership: Drive project delivery in an Agile environment, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Technology Evangelism: Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, SaaS solutions, and integration technologies, providing guidance on the adoption of emerging tools and frameworks.
• Performance & Scalability: Ensure that all systems and integrations are optimized for performance and can scale to meet future business needs.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly concerning data protection and payment security.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on eCommerce platforms (Sap Commerce, Shopify, VTEX, CommerceTools) and system integrations.
• Integration Expertise: Strong experience with integrating third-party systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, PIM, DAM) using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
• Headless Architecture: Proven experience in implementing headless commercesolutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.
• Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Experience: Strong experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions from concept to implementation.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in relevant eCommerce platforms (Sap Commerce, Shopify, VTEX, CommerceTools).
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
