Job Description

Ecommerce Manager - €80K - €90K- Berlin (Hybrid setting) - Health Tech.

The Company:
My client, a young company in the health tech space are on a high growth path. As a result of this growth, they need to bring in a eCommerce Manager to come in and drive their D2C growth. They have a very dynamic and fast-paced culture, akin to a start-up mentality. In this role you report into the CMO and work cross-functionally with teams across the business including Marketing, Category and Product to drive the performance of the website. The three principal aims for this role will be driving sales, optimising the user experience and creating a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be used to working at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the eCommerce strategy ensuring a smooth user experience and consumer journey.
  • Conduct AB testing and lead a process of continuous website development and deployments, reviewing analytics and key reporting.
  • Work with the Product Content and Data Manager to ensure listings are optimised.
  • Create strategies to drive key website metrics (AOV, CR and traffic).
  • Oversee the day to day running of the website, including managing product launches and optimisation's for the websites.
  • Carry out SEO best practices across the website to optimise its performance.
  • Conduct trade analysis of website performance, highlighting opportunities to promote best sellers and ensure stock is in place to support this.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the success of the online strategy including the marketing, Product and category teams.
  • Review the brands competitors, highlighting opportunities to have a USP.
