Robert Half are working with a High-End Luxury Fashion brand who are looking for an Ecommerce Client Services Assistant on a 1-2 month contract in West London. This individual will be part of the E-commerce team supporting on the day to day activities on their E-commerce site and supporting clients.

Requirements

- Luxury Fashion Beauty Wellness Experience

- Experience with luxury goods, services and clients, in a global business

- Client Services Experience - Tracking Orders, Monitoring Ecommerce Site

- Experience with prioritising queries and flagging issues with cross-departmental partners

- Experience within a DTC environment

- With any E-commerce queries, providing a high quality service to clients so their needs are being met.

- Passion for E-commerce and customer
