Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School in Esher, Surrey is an independent day school for boys and girls aged from two to seven years. It was founded in 1912 and is part of the Shrewsbury House School Trust and is administered by a Board of Governors.
Due to expansion of the School Nursery, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an EYFS Assistant to join the School from January 2025, to work with and support the existing Nursery team. A full and relevant Level 3 qualification is required while EYFS experience alongside awareness of Early Learning Goals, Birth to Five and Development Matters is ideal.
The individual will work in partnership with the Nursery team, helping support the children in their day to day activities and development, sharing our determination for every child to reach their full potential.
The role will involve general support of the children, with significant focus on our exciting new 2-year-old provision, working with individuals and within a small class, preparation of resources, and assisting with specialist subject lessons, such as Forest School, Music, P.E. and French lessons.
