This role is offered as remote, but with regular monthly meetings in London for work progress meetings, collaborations and updates on the business
The Role
The role has various elements of support involved, and will be challenging at times and will demand a high level of competency and efficiency
Supporting 2 Founders of the business with various tasks such as extensive complex diary management, managing busy schedules, booking meetings, (virtual and in person), extensive travel arrangements, flights, hotels, Visa's etc
Constant comms with Founders & key team members etc with daily and weekly updates on schedule changes, meetings, revised travel schedules etc
Mail box management, dealing with urgent requests and time critical documents, multi diary management, report generation, timesheet management, invoice & finance requests, and all associated administrative duties
Business support, socials updates;Linked in etc, new projects updates for company & brand awareness
Programme Business Support
Providing full support to Programme Management Team across the business, as well as all other teams members as and when required covering ; managing company calendar, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, minuting meeting and actioning points, liaising with internal and external contacts & clients, preparation of training materials, client research, powerpoint presentations, maintaining excel spreadsheets for budgets
Being a pivotal communicator across the business to ensure business support is managed seamlessly across all functions of the business
Arranging social events and maintaining social calendars for business, birthdays and celebration events and updates etc

Skills & Experience
Proven working experience in an EA/PA/Programme Support/Programme Coordinator, or Project Coordinator role supporting Board Level / Senior Leadership Team
Highly effective communicator in all aspects of a business within a highly demanding role
Exceptional organisational skills experience of scheduling complex multi diaries across a business, in a seamless and efficient manner coupled with time management skills is critical
Proactive approach and forward thinking, innovative with an open mind and creative mindset and desire to consistently learn and grow
Sound Project management skills
Problem solver and solutions provider
IT Skills ;
All Microsoft Office suite - competent level along with TEAMS, ZOOM etc
Hubspot or similar
Prince 2 would be desirable,
