According to the collective agreement, we offer you a monthly MINIMUM gross salary starting from € 2.471,- (on fulltime base) . We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.

Aufgaben
- Contribute with input to the online country goal-setting process, to secure Sales perspectives are considered.
- Steer sales and gross margin for all digital channels to reach plan and react to deviations to ensure sales output is in line with selling objectives.
- Generate performance reports on e-commerce performance and use data and home furnishing insights to refine strategies as well as monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics.
- Track performance metrics, using insights to continually refine sales and merchandising strategies and drive improvements in conversion and engagement across platforms.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to boost online sales through sales related actions and projects and developing appropriate actions by actively cooperating with all key stakeholders within Commercial and beyond.
- Work cross-functionally to align e-commerce efforts with business goals, identify new online sales opportunities, and drive growth through best-in-class selling and home furnishing techniques as well as a proactive sales approach.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and specialists, fostering individual growth, mentorship, and high performance to secure business success.

- the local market environment, expectations from customers on online market today and tomorrow to secure that commercial and service offers meet customer demands and needs.
- how consumer act, feel and behave in a retail environment to apply the insights in the shopping experience design in all digital touch points.
- of the possibilities to activate sales and the use of the commercial calendar and relevant associated digital activities.
- how to optimize the customer experience across digital touchpoints and content to increase the likelihood that customer visits convert to sales.
- the omnichannel reality, online customer behaviors and you know how to identify and realize opportunities for add-ons, cross-selling and up-selling of IKEA products and services to fulfil customer needs.
- project- and change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management.
