Job Description
Dynamics 365 CRM Manager/London/Security/Sales/Customer Voice/Field Service/Power Platform
Are you looking to come on board a team at the very start of their Dynamics journey as they implement their new D365 CRM?
Or are you looking to enter an ever-growing sector in security and be at the forefront of technology in this exciting space?
Opus have teamed up with a leading security company that have been around for nearly 100 years. As technology has come on in leaps and bounds since their inception, they are always looking for new ways to improve. The latest enhancements they are looking to make internally is to update their CRM and have chosen Microsoft Dynamics as the best course for them.
This is where you would come in They need an experienced CRM Manager to assist in their journey and you will be required to work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure that CRM is effectively used to support business goals and drive operational efficiency.

Experience needed:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM implementation, management, and optimisation.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical skills:
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Experience working with Power Platform and especially Power Automate
- Benefit if you have experience working within security/cyber security
Benefits package:
- Salary up to £65,000
- 28 days holiday
- 8% pension contribution
- Training day per month on the company
- Remote working with one day a month required in their London office
