Driving Assessor - Responsibilities & Requirements
- You will coach and mentor good driving behaviours
- You will assess driving capabilities of Operatives in a range of vehicles and provide constructive feedback
- You will identify Operatives capable of further training
- You will ensure that the workforce is adhering to all policies in place
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid UK driving license
