Our client has recently been acquired by two advertising agencies, for whom they handle the service provision. They take care of hanging and changing posters, as well as maintenance/repair of billboards. There is a positive, Amsterdam-like, and inclusive atmosphere. Many people have been working there for a long time, often more than 10 years, making it a pleasant and loyal employer. Upon joining, you will undergo an intensive one-week training with a colleague.

Your workday begins at your own kitchen table. Maybe you want to leave right after your first cup of coffee or say goodbye to the kids before or even take them to school? You have the flexibility to set your own working hours. You can also start by coming to the office to have your first cup of coffee before the workday begins. Your work van can accommodate posters for 3 days, so at least once every 4 days, you are expected to visit the office. Armed with a list, PDA, and posters, you head out to replace advertising boards or fill abris with new posters. 70% of the routes you take are fixed routes. The route is pre-planned, so you can go about your work without worries. The only thing you need to decide is the radio station. With this position, you receive a company bus for commuting.

The position is open for 32 to 40 hours per week. A workday lasts 8 hours, so you can choose between a 4 or 5-day workweek. You can opt to work from 07:00 to 15:30, or you can start at night for a quieter commute. The latest starting time is 10:00

Functie-eisen

To successfully perform this role, it's no surprise that you need to have a driver's license. You should be motivated, independent, punctual, and flexible. You speak Dutch or English.

The salary is around €2.,500 per month, with an increase effective January 1. You receive a €50 monthly expense allowance because you are frequently on the road. You get some time for yourself with 23 vacation days, and each month, you can join the company's social gathering. Work clothing is provided, and it includes everything: winter jacket, summer jacket, vest, polo shirts, t-shirts, hoodie, shorts, and shoes. The choice is yours!
