This is an exciting newly-created role that will act as owner and operational lead for an ambitious multi-year plan for DEI for the organisation - putting systems and structures in place to enable the charity to embed DEI throughout their operational and strategic activities.

Although the role will take strategic leadership of the DEI work overall, it will be particularly focussed on the external impact. Ensuring that the organisation is seizing all opportunities across their work to advance equity for children and families in the UK - and creating more such opportunities through networking, innovative thinking and support for staff.

The role will also link with the HR team around improving internal diversity and staff inclusion, including providing expert advice on training and development for staff and other opportunities such as guest speakers.

Assessment and interviews to be conducted on Friday 1st November. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
