Job Description

AUFGABEN

• Overall responsibility for managing the assigned department heads of "Sales" "Operations New Customers", "Operations Major Customers" and "Operations Special & Growth Products"
• Responsible for setting and tracking targets for the "Sales & Operations Major Customers" area based on the guidelines set by management
• Responsible for budgeting, profitability and operational implementation of the function as well as revenue and P&L responsibility in the major customer segment
• Overall responsibility for the strategic direction and development of sales, in particular by analyzing market and competitive trends to identify and leverage new business opportunities and by optimizing the sales approach
• Active acquisition of new customers, responsible contact person for customers requests to expand long-term client relationships as well as operations and customer service for major, new customers
• Identification of potentials and measures for the digitalization of sales approaches and processes as well as implementation/rollout of the measures
• Responsible for commissioning and managing marketing measures together with the marketing business partners

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Successfully completed studies in a technical, business or similar field
• Several years of leadership experience, particularly in leading and developing Managers
• Strong customer and service orientation with proven success in sales, building and maintaining (key) customer relationships and acquiring new customers in the B2B sector
• Profound experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Above-average commitment, enjoyment of networking and the ability to motivate and develop employees and managers alike, coupled with Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented manner
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English, additional language skills is an advantage
