Job Description

AUFGABEN

• Overall responsibility for managing the assigned employees of the department "Product Line Management" for the German and global market
• Overall responsibility for the continuous analysis of market and competitive trends as well as the identification of market potential and customer needs and derivation of fields of action for the optimization of the product portfolio
• Development and implementation of global product strategies
• Identification and implementation of potentials for the transfer of products across countries and legal entities
• New and further development of the product portfolio and active innovation management to ensure competitiveness and exploit market chances
• Active portfolio management including product planning with sales and OR targets for the regions
• Carrying out performance analyses and deriving action requirements and measures
• Development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for successful market launches as well as support for product rollouts and scaling

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, industrial Engineering or similar field
• Several years of leadership experience, particularly in leading and developing Managers
• Many years of experience with proven success in portfolio and innovation management as well as the development of go-to-market strategies in a leading position
• Above-average commitment, enjoyment of networking and the ability to motivate employees and managers alike, coupled with Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented manner
• High level of interpersonal skills coupled with intercultural competence and a strong ability to develop and manage staff
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English, additional language skills is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
