I have a great opportunity for a Head of Product to join a leading hospitality organisation, to support the ideation, design and delivery of large complex, cross-functional change programmes.

This individual will work closely with functional leaders and business process owners to identify and leverage technology solutions that support strategic goals in a leading hospitality company. Key responsibilities will include developing business cases, defining functional and non-functional requirements, selecting technology products, and mobilising delivery teams-including third-party partners.

We are therefore looking for the following experience:

• General product leadership experience with the ability to mobilise project delivery and successfully support requirements capture and highly value attribution and prioritisation.
• PMS experience, ideally Mews. If not, strong external vendor management/partnership experience.
• Strong background in digital experience, particularly payments.
• Experience overseeing or managing multiple or complex projects in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities, with a stellar track record.
• Experience working with the Hospitality or Retail sector.
