The Director eCommerce & Digital Marketing of the Business Unit Miele Professional, is responsible for creating and overseeing Miele Professionals' eCommerce strategies and operations, together with the subsidiaries. The position leads our in-house team of Performance Marketing, Technology and Webshop experts with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion into sales. You will be part of the global Miele Professional Marketing, Sales & Service leadership team and directly reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing, Sales & Service of Business Unit Professional.
Your day-to-day job
- Build Miele Professionals' premium presence across all relevant digital channels, including relevant social channels.
- Lead a central team of experts out of Amsterdam for the areas SEA, SEO, Tech/Analytics and Webshop.
- Develop a long-term strategy for Miele Professional for the distribution channel eCommerce and implement it accordingly.
- Drive Webshop and website infrastructure optimization and focus on increasing Webshop sales (appliances, consumables etc.) through own Webshop and perspectively also through partners.
- Drive lead generation activities with strong focus on conversion into sales by the local teams in the Miele subsidiaries.
- Create lead nurturing campaigns and pilot them with dedicated markets with eventual global roll-out.
- Develop Miele Professionals' CRM strategy and drive forward CRM activities together with Miele subsidiaries.
- In all areas, closely collaborate with colleagues in HQ and all Miele subsidiaries.

We are looking for
- You have at least 5 years' experience in performing eCommerce & Digital Marketing management roles and leading teams.
- You have a proven record in eCommerce, both optimizing Webshop infrastructure, but also developing and implementing strategies and growing Webshop sales.
- You have successfully developed and implemented CRM strategies.
- You have worked in matrix organizations and have successfully managed stakeholders on all hierarchy levels to drive the business forward.
- You have worked internationally, ideally both in country and HQ organizations.
- You have a solid understanding of technology, tracking and analyses.
- You can discuss technical issues with the SEOs on the same level as your SEA colleagues and you know how to define and achieve the targets/KPIs together.
- Despite being an experience leader, you can be very hands on if needed and required by the business.
