I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Director Building Surveyor to head up an exciting opportunity in London and Reading.
Your new company It is an established Building Consultancy that specialises in Project Management for Property Investors and Occupiers.
Your new role

• Undertake all Building Surveying disciplines
• Businesses develop new and existing client bases
• Travel to meet new and existing clients
• Lead and manage complex surveying projects from inception to completion

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
• MRICS or equivalent.
• Experienced in building surveying, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in relevant software and technology.
