Solution Business Architect
As a Business Architect, you will contribute to the various deliverables of programs and projects within the Finance capability. The responsibilities include:

• Preparing the architecture work to be realized, enabling more accurate estimation and organization of the workload and required resources.
• Developing possible architectural business solutions for projects and programs to help management make informed decisions.
• Coordinating with Business Architects from other capabilities, especially concerning information exchange and the division of responsibilities.
• Supporting the Project Manager in organizing the project work by making work packages and their dependencies explicit, facilitating a more accurate estimation and organization of the workload and necessary resources for implementing the business solution.
• Communicating the Business Architecture content to project teams, enabling them to focus on delivering the desired business solution.
• Monitoring the Business Architecture content during implementation to ensure the business solution aligns with the chosen strategy.
• Proactively bringing forward ideas that could add value to a Partner or domain.
• Supporting project initiation for approved business ideas.
• Taking on the role of Project Manager for smaller projects.
