As the Workplace Technology Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the firm's digital workplace environment. From state-of-the-art Microsoft Teams Rooms to desk booking systems, digital signage, and meeting room technologies, your expertise will ensure seamless integration and enhanced productivity across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Video Conferencing Systems: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Microsoft Teams: Manage Teams policies, governance, and features, while providing expert support and staying updated on the latest advancements.
  • Meeting Room Technology: Ensure all in-room AV equipment, displays, and scheduling systems are optimized and functional.
  • Desk and Room Booking Systems: Implement and refine user-friendly solutions to maximize workplace efficiency.
  • Digital Signage: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot content distribution systems for internal communication.
  • Vendor and Project Management: Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in IT support, with a focus on collaboration tools and AV/video conferencing systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, meeting room technologies, and AV equipment. PowerShell Scripting skills and familiarity with tools like GoBright or AppSpace are a bonus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a flair for training and supporting users at all levels.
