Our Digital Innovation Service team (DIS) acts as a think tank for digital innovation within the Menarini Group. We work closely with the Group's global and regional functions to optimize and rethink marketing and sales approaches.

It is important for us to analyze market trends, anticipate customer needs and maintain an effective exchange with stakeholders in order to keep our finger on the pulse and stimulate external innovation for the Group.

These tasks inspire you

• You derive innovative digital products, services and processes from our marketing and sales strategy and turn them into real game changers
• Together with key stakeholders, you select digital solutions that make a difference - for our internal customers and the entire group of companies
• You use market research, competitive analysis and market conditions to ensure that our digital solutions are always one step ahead
• You develop guidelines and support our stakeholders in implementing best practices - always with the aim of creating digital excellence
• You take the helm and ensure that our digital channels are perfectly aligned and future-proof
• In collaboration with external partners, you manage digital projects that offer real added value for our specialist departments

What sets you apart

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of digital strategies, customer-oriented services and digital marketing
• Ideally, you already have initial insights into the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of regulatory requirements
• You implement projects with a lot of determination and have conceptual strength as well as the ability to moderate and involve people
• Your presentation and communication skills help you to convince management and leadership teams and create shared visions
• You are business fluent in German and English to ensure good (international) cooperation
