Salary: £48,800 - £54,800
Location: Hybrid-remote (in West Midlands)

We are seeking an Asset and License Manager to operate the Service Asset and Configuration (SACM) practice with the responsibility for maintaining proper information about Configuration Items (CIs) required to deliver IT services and maintain a logical model, containing the components of the IT infrastructure (CIs) and their associations which includes hardware infrastructure (network, hosting and security on premise and cloud), end user devices, and software.

For the opportunity you must have:
* Experience of implementing or maturing SACM within a medium to large organisation
* Experience of chairing meetings and giving presentations
* Experience of creating and improving SACM and Licence Management processes and integrating with other ITIL processes
* Experience of enabling SACM process through IT Service Management Toolsets
* Experience of IT Service Management system software
* Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
* Experience liaising with suppliers on more complex incidents and problems
