Role Overview:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality campaigns across Meta Ads and Email Marketing. You will manage and mentor a growing team, ensure workflows are efficient, and maintain the highest standards of execution. Working closely with the Account Director, you will align team efforts with client goals and drive performance across all accounts.
This role is ideal for a collaborative leader with a passion for marketing operations, team development, and data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development
- Manage day-to-day team workflows, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Review and approve deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Identify skills gaps and organise training to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Campaign Delivery
- Oversee the execution of Meta Ads and Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Work closely with the Account Director to translate client strategies into actionable plans for the team.
- Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and delivery across all client campaigns.
Process Optimisation
- Streamline workflows and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Implement best practices for campaign management, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Introduce tools and systems to simplify collaboration and tracking.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with the Account Director to ensure seamless communication between the team and clients.
- Support the preparation of reports and insights, ensuring clients are updated on performance and outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions with the leadership team to identify new opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
Required Skills:
- 3 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads and Email Marketing.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing and implementing training programmes.
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing, including segmentation and automations.
- Familiarity with managing campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
- Confidence in quality assurance and final approval processes.

Outcome: The successful candidate joins our team.
Start Date: We aim for the new Account Manager to begin in February.
