Are you passionate about digital learning and driving impactful training solutions? We're looking for a Digital Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging digital learning experiences that support our teams across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the full lifecycle of digital learning solutions - from design and development to implementation and evaluation.
• Managing our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless access to training materials.
• Consulting with our content development team to design engaging e-learning content using various authoring tools and digital platforms.
• Working closely with stakeholders to develop tailored digital learning strategies.
• Managing relationships with third-party providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Driving innovation by researching and implementing new digital learning trends.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in digital learning and instructional design.
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (preferably Totara or Eloomi).
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., ADAPT, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and project management experience.
A passion for innovation in learning and development.
