Whatare we lookingfor?
Provenexperience in change management within a digital transformation orlarge-scale business transformation context, preferably in amultinationalorganization.
Strongbusiness engagement and stakeholder management experience, with theability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders,cross-functional teams, and regionalstakeholders.
Expertise indigital adoption and capability building, with a track record ofdriving business readiness, training programs, and cultural shiftstowards digital-first ways ofworking.
Hands-on experiencein designing and implementing change frameworks, methodologies(e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter), and tools to drive adoption atscale.
Ability to translatecomplex digital initiatives into clear, compelling narratives,ensuring alignment across diverse teams and businessfunctions.
Experience inleading communication strategies, crafting messaging, anddelivering engagement initiatives that drive clarity, motivation,and action.
Data-drivenmindset with experience in measuring change adoption, tracking keymetrics, and using insights to continuously improve changestrategies.
Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, balancingstrategic thinking with pragmaticexecution.
Experience inworking across regional or multi-market environments, adaptingstrategies to local business needs while maintaining alignment withglobal transformationgoals.

ChangeStrategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive management framework to drivedigital adoption, ensuring alignment with business priorities andtransformationgoals.
BusinessEngagement & StakeholderManagement: Act as a strategicpartner to senior business leaders, clusters, and functional teams,ensuring strong sponsorship and engagement in digital changeinitiatives.
Leadership& Influence: Provide expertguidance to leadership teams on managing organizational change,fostering a culture of digital-first ways of working, and enablingteams to navigate transformation withconfidence.
Communication& Advocacy: Design andexecute targeted communication plans that articulate the "why" and"how" of digital agenda, ensuring clarity, consistency, andalignment across theregion.
CapabilityBuilding & AdoptionAcceleration: Define and leadstructured training programs, upskilling initiatives, and businessreadiness activities to empower associates and teams with digitalcapabilities
PerformanceMeasurement & ContinuousImprovement: Establish KPIs totrack adoption success, identify roadblocks, and drive continuousimprovement through insights, feedback loops, and best practicesharing
