Are you a digital leader with a love for people and a heart for justice?

We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead to oversee the team that manage Tearfund's core digital platforms. The role provides leadership in best practise user-led digital experiences that drive our organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams and marketing or fundraising communications roles
  • Working in an Agile environment, ideally experience as a product owner
  • Overseeing the website or digital output of a large organisation
  • Leading end-to-end digital projects
  • Experience using data and insight to shape audience-focused products

Our ideal candidate will be someone with:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of web development technologies and UX methodologies
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, capable of winning over a room of people with a new idea

This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
