About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Development Technical Lead (DTL) with expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing technologies to guide the technical direction of a high-profile project. This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing integrated cloud solutions to meet business requirements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Azure-based solution is optimized for both performance and cost-effectiveness, supporting a comprehensive development landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in designing and developing Azure-based architectures that meet specific business and operational requirements.
• Act as the primary technical interface across multiple program teams, ensuring seamless integration within the solution.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of the Azure architecture, utilizing best practices to create secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with roles across the program, including Product Owners, Test Analysts, Agile Development Leads, Solution Architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Support agile planning, contributing to product refinement and ensuring alignment on time, cost, and scope.
• Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and make informed recommendations on technology selection and design patterns.
• Ensure that development teams produce high-quality, integrated solutions and supporting documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing technologies, including the design and development of Azure-based architectures.
• Proven track record in technical leadership roles, preferably within agile development environments.
• Strong expertise in integrating cloud solutions with 3rd party data sources and custom applications.
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating technical risks to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performance solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve optimal integration and development outcomes.
• Prior experience within complex, large-scale projects in regulated industries is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Contract Length: Full-time, approximately 9 months from the start date, with the potential to extend up to 12 months at the Authoritys discretion.
