Job Description

A global organisation is looking for Desktop Support Engineers at both level 1 and level 2 to provide hands-on support for end users across various sites in the UK

This position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting operating systems, and handling installations, moves, and updates for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

These will be long term contracts with the opportunity for multiple extensions up to 4 years

The position requires you to travel on-site to a specific UK location. (Locations to be revealed upon discussion - many available across the UK).

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop hardware/software issues
  • Provide OS support and IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change)
  • Support mobile phones and assist with smart hands data center tasks
  • Offer reliable hands-on support for end users
