Job Description
Design Manager - Permanent - Birmingham - Main Contractor - Water Projects Managing the in-house design team on a day-to-day basis, allocating work accordingly Undertaking formal design reviews through the project cycle Monitoring design progression for each project Liaising with framework managers and senior management to ensure technical resources are effectively managed Delegating work packages with external engineering consultants that support the in-house team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:Previous experience as a Design Manager within the water (ideal) industry Good commercial awareness and be able to build relationships with clients Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Full UK driving licence.
