We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our supportive team at Oakdene Care Home, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne - a home that provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care in a warm, welcoming environment.

  • Split role: 50% floor-based clinical leadership / 50% supernumerary support

What our Deputy Manager will DoAs our Deputy Manager, you'll split your time between hands-on leadership on the floor and supernumerary responsibilities alongside the Home Manager. Your role will include:

  • Coaching and motivating care and clinical teams to deliver excellent person-centred care
  • Maintaining clinical oversight and upholding the highest care standards
  • Supporting audits, quality assurance, and service improvement initiatives
  • Leading by example to foster a positive, caring team culture
  • Helping shape the ongoing development of the home

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a senior care role - such as Deputy Manager or Team Leader - ideally with a background in dementia care, who is looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
