Workingin our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's dayto day life. This means being there for the highest highs andlowest lows. As a Deputy Manager you will be a part of making surethat the home environment can support this by ensuring both staffand the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. There will bechallenges along the way but there will also be the smallestmoments which feel like a huge smallvictory!
Our homes accommodateyoung people with social, emotional and mental health needs, andour aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young peoplein our care. This is all made possible because our service isholistic and touches on every aspect of our young people'sdevelopmental needs. From our Psychologists and OccupationalTherapists to many other clinical team members who feed into theoverall picture we achieve positive outcomes by having the mostjoined-up service inSEND.
Getout what you put inByassisting in the management of the day to day operations in thehome, supporting the whole team and making sure the home operatesto our high standards - you enable our young people to get theirchildhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults.We're looking for a minimum of 2 years' experience in residentialchildcare including experience in a supervisorycapacity.

Salary: Base salary of£41,341 - £47,919
