Deployment Engineer 3 Month Contract (Inside IR35)Glasgow
My client is seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer to deliver their upcoming laptop upgrade & Windows 11 rollout. This is a 1st line/customer facing role, so previous 1st line triage is essential.
The Deployment Engineer should have strong organisational and customer communication skills, as they will be ensuring bookings with users are attended on time and run smoothly. The Deployment Engineer will also be expected to escalate non-standard devices to 3rd Line Engineers
Deployment Engineer Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deployment Engineer
- Windows 10/11 Upgrade, administration and support
- Laptop/desktop builds - deployment using Intune
- Excellent organisational skills - management of user bookings and return of updated devices
- Strong communication & customer support skills
The Deployment Engineer will be required to work 5 days a week onsite in Glasgow.
