Databricks Consultant - Leeds - Hybrid - 6 Months

My customer is searching the market for a Databricks consultant to work in Leeds x3 days per week onsite x2 day remote. The role is inside IR35 and for a period of 6 months with a high possibility of an extension thereafter.

Required Skills:

The candidate must have experience with production support of a Databricks platform, with AWS/Azure or GCP.

PaaS admin with experience in automation frameworks such as Terraform.

Task Description:

Responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining the Databricks platform, and providing operational support. Operational support responsibilities include platform set-up and configuration, workspace administration, resource monitoring, providing technical support to data engineering, Data Science/ML, and Application/integration teams, performing restores/recoveries, troubleshooting service issues, determining the root causes of issues, and resolving issues.
