Database Sourcecode Management SME (DDL/DML)

My Financial Services client is currently looking for an experienced Database Source Code Management Specialist to join thieir team on an initial 6 month daily rate contract with a possibility of extension.
The successful candidate must have experience in DDL/DML change management using a tool (eg: TOAD, Liquibase, Flyway etc)
Key must have skillsets:
1. Python
2. Git/Bitbucket
3. Oracle and/or SQL Server DBA
4. PL/SQL development at least strong knowledge of PLSQL management
5. Experience with DDL/DML change management tools like TOAD, Redgate Flyway, Liquibase etc.
Additional useful skillsets:
1. Bitbucket automation
2. Ansible
3. AWS/Azure experience and appropriate qualifications
4. Atlassian including JIRA, Bitbucket etc.
5. Unix/Windows O/S experience
6. Postgres, Mongo DB etc.
7. Data governance using masking tools
Must have experience:
Hands on real world experience of implementing, database Code management solution at enterprise level. Implementation to have involved:
o Oracle DDL/DML code management
o Integration with Source Control systems, (ideally GIT)
o Cater for parallel Database development streams in same repo
o Encompass multiple repositories
o Solution to extend into automated delivery
o Clear understanding and definition of branching strategy
o Liaison with multiple teams:
o Development
o CI-CD
o Database
o Definition of required frameworks, source code management controls and standards
Working environment:
You will already have industry experience in managing Database change management using tools. You will know how to control DDL/DML change across a number of parallel development streams as well as Production Support teams. You will be able to work independently and apply your previous experience to the various BoI applications which use principally Oracle on various UNIX platforms as well as SQL Server on Windows. Excellent communication skills. Experienced self-led individual with initiative and drive.
